IT Support Engineer in Boston, MA

King & Bishop's Client Company is a rapidly growing, strategic IT management organization servicing only hand selected small and mid-size clients is expanding and has an opening for an IT Support Engineer.

The individual we seek will posses Active Directory, Windows Server and Workstation skills to manage our business clients' networks and all end user support operations. Knowledge of Apple Mac OSX and Apple Mac OSX Server a plus.

Key Responsibilities include:
. Supporting end users onsite and utilizing our across the wire enterprise grade management tool.
. Administering Windows Server 2000/2003 and Active Directory networks
. Administering Exchange Server 2000/2003
. Maintaining service levels as defined by management, including specific onsite support times, infrastructure support and project work.
. Taking an advisory role in overall IT infrastructure design and implementation
. Troubleshooting and providing all end user support functions in cross platform environments
. Troubleshooting multi-site networks, including remote and handheld connectivity to mobile users

Qualifications:
. Has 2-3 years of experience supporting desktops and laptops as above
. Has 1-2 years experience supporting back end systems as above
. Solid understanding of the small business market, the customer, and what it takes to keep clients feeling important and seeing us as a real business partner.
. Inspires others with enthusiasm and positive energy while presenting a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust
. Exudes self-confidence and inspires confidence in others
. BS, MCSE or equivalent experience
