Experience: *A minimum of 2-5 years experience supporting MS Windows 98/NT/2000/XP & NT/2000 Server *A minimum of 2-5 years experience with MS Exchange 2000 and 2003, and Active Directory *Thorough knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems - Windows NT/2000/XP, including migrations * Experience with Veritas, Ghost, and Cisco routers, switches and VoIP a plus *Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications a strong plus.
