Service Desk Analyst in BOSTON, MA

Well known investment management firm is seeking a service desk analyst to support it's expanding staff. Will be part of a team that is responsible for the support of workstations, user accounts, local applications, telephony and general technical troubleshooting, working in an ITIL service model. Must be a team player, flexible and have excellent communication skills. Experience supporting executive staff is preferred.
Experience: * Minimum of 2 plus years of related experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
* Knowledge of business practices and procedures
* Ability to advance a cooperative work environment
* Microsoft Operating Systems, XP, 2000, Vista and 2003
* Active Directory
* Symantec Anti-Virus
* Microsoft Office Suite
