3rd Level Desktop Support & Project Analyst in Boston, MA

73619 Are you a strong Desktop Support Engineer looking for an opportunity to work for a leading Boston based institution?

Responsibilities include 3rd tier desktop support of Windows and Mac users including remote desktop management. This position will also serve as a technical analyst/consultant on various projects including setting scope, planning, requirement analysis, recommendations, upgrades, etc.

This is a 2+ month contract assignment in the Boston area.

Important Skills:
- 5 years of relevant desktop support experience.

- Windows XP/2003 support experience and Mac support as well.

- Expertise in MS Office suite, MS Project, Ghost, Symantec Anti-Virus.

- TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DFS, NFS a plus.

- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, management and documentation skills.
