Our financial services client in Boston is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-month contract assignment.

Requirements:
- Analysis of Fund Administration work flow, identification of operational inefficiencies, requirements gathering, interviewing, and documentation. Work closely with IT staff.

- Sound understanding of Fund Administration, specifically Financial Reporting.

- Strong written and oral communication skills. Must have experience writing Business Requirements Documents.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships to manage projects to completion.

- Merrill Reporting a plus.

- Able to perform multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented and yet still able to meet aggressive deadlines when applicable.
