Enterprise Manager Virtual Meetings in Boston, MA

Manager for an enterprise wide Virtual Meetings department, spanning Canadian, U.S. and Asian divisions. This department has high visibility throughout the organization with its offering of collaboration services including:

Audio Conferencing, Web Conferencing, Video Conferencing, Webcasting, and Slidecasting.

Collaboration products/tools are being selected and implemented over the next 3-6 months for use by all divisions. Equally important is the creation and promotion of Virtual Meetings as a centrally managed, customer-centric and high quality service. Selected candidate will assist with the selection and implementation of enterprise solutions. The primary focus, however, will be to launch and market the chosen enterprise solutions to the company's business groups, and ultimately to provide overall service management. Service management would include customer training, customer relations, process development/documentation, quality assurance, reporting and billing, vendor management.

We are looking for someone with a hybrid of knowledge in collaboration tools, general business, and marketing and communication skills and of course, the ability to create positive customer experiences for our end users.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and experience with collaboration or unified communications tools and technologies - web conferencing, audio conferencing, webcasting, video conferencing, groupware, instant messaging, eLearning/eTraining. Business Systems Analysis - defining/assessing business requirements, needs analysis, solutions assessment, and developing processes. Excellent at developing proposals, presentations, communication & training pieces. Ability to market Virtual Meetings Services to business groups and senior management.

Excellent at working with people; with fellow team members, IT support groups and clients. A team player, who is collaborative in his/her approach.
Staff Management: one direct report located in Toronto, a Virtual Meetings Consultant

Nice to Have Skills:
Solutions architecture - product research, analysis, recommendations on solutions pros/cons/options, solution selection, RFP / RFQ's.

Telephony, network, and security knowledge a bonus.
Experience with large company in financial industry
