Excellent, highly respectable law firm located in downtown Boston is looking for 2 solid technical support specialists who can get the job done with excellent attention to detail and the patience to deal with executive level users. Experience: * 1 to 2+ years of technical support.
* Experience with hardware and software support as well as PDAs, especially blackberries.
* MAGIC, HEAT, or similar ticket tracking system.
* Must have patience and excellent customer service.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Deep understanding of MS Office Suite.
* Experience with software installations and upgrades preferred.
