Desktop Support Specialist for Boston Headquarters in BOSTON, MA

This is a perfect role for a Desktop Support Specialist looking for a permanent position in a small company where you can develop your skills by "wearing a lot of hats". Support 45 users on site at the Boston IT Headquarters, and provide remote support for 200+ field users. Must have good range of skills and the desire to learn new technology and skills always.

The successful Desktop Support Specialist will also play a large role with Active Directory administration. Previous MS Exchange experience will also be a great advantage. Very visible position in the company for candidates looking to grow.

Experience: * 1-2 years of professional desktop support experience.
* Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Ability to listen, assess, and recommend solutions in a clear, upbeat manner.
* Previous ticket tracking system experience preferred.
* Active Directory and MS Exchange experience a big, big plus.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
