Job Responsibilities:
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Interacts with clients, both internal and external, to supply information and develop queries.
Provides end user support for a specific application and translates those needs for developing test plans.
Analyses business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties.
Creates correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end user training.
Develops customized queries and reports utilizing complex table matrices.
Responds to client inquiries involving application questions.
Implements systems applications and tests end-user processes.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

Required Skills:
Previous experience working in a medical/hospital environment.
This position requires 2+ years (or equivalent experience as gained through combination of experience and education) experience in a high tech environment in Tech or Business Systems or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with broad range of people, including senior managers, client staff and others.

Education / Experience:
A professional degree is required.
Healthcare knowledge or experience is a plus.
Valuable experiences include nurse, lab tech, pharmacy aid, etc.

Desired Degrees:
Computer Science or related field; Business, Hospital Administration; preferably non-technical degree have some coursework in IT and technical degrees have some coursework in business.
