As a Lead Systems Analyst in our Client Applications Support Team, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing over 20 major applications in the Global Relationship Management (GRM), Global Business Development (GBD) and Marketing groups. These applications include the Account opening system, Pivotal CRM, extranet sites, client reports, and those applications in support of the client reporting process. You will troubleshoot issues, define resolutions and provide and communicate these to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications and test plans, and supporting the UAT process on scheduled enhancements to these applications. You will manage 13 on- and off-shore consultants. Duties/Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues received from the business users or other IS groups Document solutions provided to recurring issues in a document repository (Wiki) and update as necessary Define maintenance and enhancements to permanently fix recurring production problems Partner with our business clients to gather and prepare business requirements for scheduled release enhancements to the applications Plan, prioritize, and implement scheduled releases Help define and implement a capacity-based support and enhancement model in place of current staff augmentation model Lead virtual teams across IS in implementing solutions to production problems as well as enhancement releases Manage other resources as necessary in carrying out our support and enhancement activities You must possess the following qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability, aptitude, and desire to work on critical support issues and juggle multiple priorities at any given time Employee Benefits We will reimburse relocation expenses Vacations - from two weeks to five weeks, based on length of service 11 paid holidays 2 paid floating holidays to be used in the summer time 125% Tuition Reimbursement with an A grade, 100% for a B or Pass (in a Pass/Fail course) PPO Health Plan/Dental Plan/Short & Long term disability/Life Insurance Up to 25% bonus!
