Summary As the Lead Systems Analyst for Compliance Systems, you will be responsible for leading the systems analysis discipline which supports our compliance business group - bringing experience and best practices to a fast-moving area in our company. You will mentor and motivate a team of systems analysts to ensure a consistently high level of service to the business group. Reports to: The Manager, Compliance Systems Duties/Responsibilities Partners with systems professionals at all levels of the organization to proactively manage opportunities for new/improved technology Develops key knowledge of specific business workflows Manages the work of both internal and external resources in the implementation and support of compliance-related technology projects Stays current with evolving industry trends and the regulatory environment to ensure that delivered systems are "state of the art" Identifies and implements process improvements to better both the "speed to market" and quality of the end product You must possess the following qualities: Strong all-around project management/project methodology skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, taking initiative as necessary Strong team leadership and mentoring skills, as you will be managing matrixed teams across the organization, including employees, consultants, and vendors Strong client relationship skills, as you will be interfacing with Compliance, Legal, Trading, and Equity Portfolio Managers Employee Benefits We will reimburse relocation expenses Vacations - from two weeks to five weeks, based on length of service 11 paid holidays 2 paid floating holidays to be used in the summer time 125% Tuition Reimbursement with an A grade, 100% for a B or Pass (in a Pass/Fail course) PPO Health Plan/Dental Plan/Short & Long term disability/Life Insurance Up to 30% bonus!
