You will also oversee the development and operations of the current data mart and ETL processing, while developing architectures and leading projects to implement the next generation of data stores used for BI. Duties/Responsibilities Architect and develop key components of our data mart and data warehouse products Establish building blocks for the organization in the areas of data mart and data warehouse technology architecture and ETL strategies Design and implement a BI data integration and ETL strategy Lead technical design for data mart and data warehouse projects Work with our outsourcing service provider to oversee development practices and enhancements to the current data mart You must possess the following qualities: Excellent communication and delivery skills Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced team environment Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of assignments with people at all levels of the organization Employee Benefits We will reimburse relocation expenses Vacations - from two weeks to five weeks, based on length of service 11 paid holidays 2 paid floating holidays to be used in the summer time 125% Tuition Reimbursement with an A grade, 100% for a B or Pass (in a Pass/Fail course) PPO Health Plan/Dental Plan/Short & Long term disability/Life Insurance Up to 25% bonus!
