Oracle HR Applications Analyst in Boston, MA

69724 Oracle HR Systems Professional needed!

Responsibilities will include everything from writing requirements to looking for process improvements to modifying screens to troubleshooting to writing reports, including a combination of technical and user work. This is a great environment!

Qualifications:
Must have Oracle HR and Advanced Benefits modules with both technical and functional skills.
Strong understanding and experience using SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with FORMS and Discoverer would be a plus.
Any experience with Oracle Financials is also a plus.
Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
