Peoplesoft Technical Administrator in Boston, MA

- Management of PeopleSoft 8.8 Financials and HRMS technical environments.

- Administration of App/Web and Database servers, process schedulers and management for all production and development environments.

- Performance tuning and troubleshooting, on-going maintenance and application of patches and upgrades.

- Stay knowledgeable of new PeopleSoft product directions, supported platforms/third-party products and changes in vendor maintenance/support policies.

- Work closely with hardware, DBA, Operations and Development Analysts in the support of PeopleSoft.

- Maintaining relationships with senior leadership of the user community to understand business requirements and goals. Assists in identifying and prioritizing PeopleSoft maintenance efforts to support business objectives.
Must have:

- Extensive knowledge of the configuration and administration of all tiers of the PeopleSoft application architecture.

- Extensive experience in PeopleTools, Change Assistant, product updates, patch applications, tax updates, security, SQL tuning, Oracle, etc...

- A solid understanding of the Finance, Supply Chain and HRMS business processes is beneficial to this role.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, and at 6 years experience and at least 3 years in a PeopleSoft Administration position.
