Level 3 Technical Support in Boston, MA

CDI Business Solutions currently has a long term contract opportunity with our client in Boston, MA for a Level 3 Technical Support Agent. Replicate and troubleshoot difficult issues reported by customers. Document broken product issues for the development team to fix using Team Track and Parature software. Deal directly with the most important and urgent customers.



Responsibilities :

. Open, triage and resolve Level 3 issues from support issue database

. Research complex customer issues and develop workarounds and solutions for as many as possible

. Provide detailed description of issues to development team for resolution Contact customers when issues are resolved

. Communicate issue resolutions to customers

. This is a very intensive job; most of the issues that are dealt with at Level 3 are urgent and important
