SQL 2000 / 2005 , Microsoft Access , Sharepoint DT Boston! in Boston, MA

This is a data manipulation role that will require the incumbent to have a STRONG knowledge base and understanding working with SQL 2000 / 2005 environments ( querying data, scrubbing data, normalizing, and finally reporting the information found in tables ). BSM and SSIS understandings are key for this role. The data model for this project is as such: He/she will be responsible for querying data from Access databases ( mdb files and linked SQL tables ), then taking that information and pushing it into Sharepoint 2007 using Microsoft Excel tables and spreadsheets. This person should have a concept and basic understanding to Sharepoint ( but not necessarily professional on the job experience ). Our client has 4 Sharepoint professionals on the job to take care of the administration of sharepoint servers and portals.
