DIRECTOR, INFO MGMT-MEDICAL IMAGING Position Description: Participate as a member of the Medical Imaging Leadership Team and the Technical Operation Information Management Leadership Team. Lead the development of a technology strategy for the Information Management organization that enables the Medical Imaging and Technical Operations strategies Translate the strategy into concrete goals for the IM team. Communicate goals, objectives, progress assessments and status to stakeholders throughout the Corporation Provide innovative leadership of the IM organization in the form of developing people through education, training, coaching, motivationreward by articulating and demonstrating behaviors consistent with the companys vision. Direct the completion of multiple projects with competing priorities. Lead the annual portfolio planning process Deliver budgetary targets. Ensure fiscal accountability Collaborate with Global Shared Services organization to accomplish overall company objectives Create and sustain a high performance organization of professionals Position Requirements: *Strategic thinking and proven ability to develop and implement successful Information Management strategies which are founded in the objectives of the Medical Imaging and Technical Operation strategic plans. * Knowledgeable in new product development and launch with demonstrated experience with activities associated with new business development and related Information Management impact suchas new product introduction and branding, transition strategies and third partymanufacturing. * Strong knowledge in multiple business disciplines and associated information systems including sales and marketing, manufacturing, QAQC andsupply chain. Able to provide consultancy to various business leaders in thesefunctional areas. * Working knowledge of quality and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries and how to apply them to the Information Management functions * Experienced senior leader in information management with demonstrated poise and maturity * Effective in a matrixed organization delivering on multiple project deadlines * Strong communicator with team building skills necessary to develop consensus among clients and staff. MBA or M.S. Marketing or Engineering BABS Information Management, Marketing or Engineering 10 years in a leadership role in Information Management.
