Business Analyst (EMS)

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will lead all aspects of business analysis of Quaero clients overall CRM, business intelligence, and/or database marketing systems functionality need with respect to data inputs, business process, and application outputs.

Core Responsibilities:

. Work with business leaders to identify reporting requirements and develop needed detailed business requirements.
. Possess an excellent understanding of the business and processes used to support their needs.
. Assist in developing strategies to solve complex problems in the project development life cycle
. Work with our clients to define and/or design Marketing processes
. Work with our clients to design, develop and execute direct marketing campaigns
. Work as a liaison between the business and development team

Experience: Qualifications:

. 2-4 years of experience with SQL (TSQL/PLSQL) and Relational Database Technology (SQL Server/Oracle)
. 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, with emphasis on CRM, database marketing, data warehouse, and/or business intelligence solutions
. 1-2 years of experience with one of the following reporting tools: Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, Hyperion/Essbase
. Ability to understand business needs, clearly document business processes and workflow using standard diagramming techniques such as flowcharts and other industry standard techniques
. Knowledge of data warehouse methodologies
. Knowledge of campaign management tools preferred but not required
. Excellent Problem solving skills
. Deadline-oriented and highly disciplined; can easily/effectively self-manage
. Outstanding attention to detail
. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
. Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline with 2 to 4 years practical business analysis experience
