- Minimum of 5 years of experience with software development in a financial services environment.

- Prior experience with performance and performance measurement systems required.

- Must be highly skilled in Visual Studio 6.0 (C++ and Visual Basic).

- Fluent with Crystal Reports.

- Must have strong expertise with MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL.
