Responsibilities will include: Nortel MAC requests CallPilot / Voicemail Administration Witness Administration Symposium (ACD) administration, standards development and reporting Intervoice IVR experience Manage our relationship with third party vendors (Verizon, Intervoice) Document and train associates on telephony maintenance Establish version control processes for telephony environment Strong communication skills required Includes designing, building, and maintaining telephony systems based on IVR, CTI, PBX, ACD, carrier connectivity, transport, switches, TCP/IP, T1/T3.
