Implementation Engineer in Boston, MA



Responsibilities:

. Reporting to the Director of Implementation, the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the following:
o Initiate contact and establish solid relationships with new customers in order to create the foundation for a seamless transition from point of sale to successful product implementation and support.
o Partner with individual clients to identify key business objectives and define how we can help achieve them.
o Discuss, define and coordinate reasonable implementation schedules for individual clients.
o Set expectations in terms of time required to accomplish technology objectives according to number of users, technical complexity of conversion, and requested customization projects.
o Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
o Perform business process analysis and making recommendations to clients as necessary.
o Work closely with client as data is being gathered to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information.
o Set up client systems according to their individual specifications, creating new user names and passwords, and making system modifications as needed.
o Function as reliable point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the implementation process.
o Escalate issues and questions to Development or Management Teams, as needed.
o Provide necessary phone or on-site training for clients once they are live; help to create the highest level of comfort and confidence in the our system and ensure proper usage to maximize user efficiency.

Requirements Skills and Experience:

. Bachelor's Degree required.
. Must have 6+ years of Project Management and/or Implementation Consulting experience.
. Prior experience in the recruiting industry is desired, as is experience supporting/implementing a CRM product.
. Must have prior experience in a client-facing role.
. Experience creating and conducting software training curriculum is desired.
. Must have high comfort level with technology and software.
. Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all organizational levels.
. Must have demonstrated competence, confidence and professionalism to successfully inspire customer trust.
. Must have excellent listening skills.
o Must know how to ask customers appropriate questions and truly listen to them in order to ensure that we are fulfilling their expectations and meeting their unique needs.
. Must have the ability to multi-task, work with multiple clients at a time and efficiently manage their individual needs during different implementation stages.
. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
. Must have the ability to work effectively independently and also as part of a cohesive team.
. Must have passion for being part of a hard working, winning team.
