We are expanding our commercial software development group and are looking to add a strong C# GUI Developer with experience in .NET technologies and SQL. As an integral part of the development team, you will be influencing the architecture and implementation for web-based and desktop applications for managing survey research.

Candidates will participate in full life-cycle development of our commercial product line. Responsibilities include: specification, design, implementation, and verification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

The person in this position will be expected to architect and code their own objects, white-box test their code as appropriate, and manage the successful conclusion of key milestones for their objects, including alpha and beta testing and QA Certification. Excellent object-oriented design and programming skills are critical.

. B.S or M.S. degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar technical degree.
. At least 2 (two) years of experience in the computer software industry.
. At least 1 (one) year of experience working with Internet applications and/or server products.
. Proven experience with and knowledge of Microsoft technology, including Visual Studio, C#, Visual Basic 6.0, IIS, SQL Server.
. Proven understanding of SQL.
. Proven experience with de facto Internet standards including HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Apache.
. Optional experience with Microsoft Application Center Test and with Microsoft .NET.
. Optional experience with Oracle, MySQL, DB2, Postgress, DataDirect.
. Demonstrated communication, analysis, and planning skills using MS Office suite products.
. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
. Exceptional UI design, knowledge and skills.
. Strong attention to detail; excellent troubleshooting and planning skills.
. Experience with the software development life cycle, and release management.
. Sense of teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
