Required Background/Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in business process, especially in the IT systems area
- Solid foundation implementing and supporting BMC Remedy applications
- Project management experience
Major Pluses to have
- Project management experience on documentation projects
- Knowledge of and experience with ITIL and other IT Best Practices frameworks (ideally, Foundations-certified) (also good: Six Sigma, CMMI, other methodologies)
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Asset Management
