Helpdesk support for expanding IT Staff! in Boston, MA

Great opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst at a well known Boston company. Most of support will be handled remotely, but there will also be some hands-on support. Must be adept at troubleshooting Microsoft Office, printers, connectivity issues, etc. This is a chance to be exposed to a large IT department in a great team environment. Experience: * Three plus years of helpdesk experience
* Remote support, printer, Microsoft XP, Office 2003, Exchange
