ITC is currently seeking Technical Writers for this great opportunity. A Software Development company is seeking a Sr. Technical Writer to join their organization. Will be supporting documentation initiatives using traditional and web based tools.



Primary job responsibilities include:



Develop and edit documentation for software consumer-oriented applications including installation notes, release notes, and product overviews.

Create or assist marketing department with the generation of product tutorials, demos, and walkthroughs.

Assist with the documentation of requirements and end user profiles






Experience: -3-5 years experience writing for end users and developers for a software/technology company

-Relatively strong on HTML and Web reporting

-Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Framemaker (or similar) RoboHelp, and a graphics program such as Adobe Photoshop

-Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work towards multiple priorities and goals

-Strong bias for accuracy and attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical concepts

-Understanding of Dynamic Content

-BA/BS in Technical Communications, English, Computer Science or related field
