Software Support/Document Management with room for growth in BOSTON, MA

Great opportunity for an experienced desktop/software support administrator to join an expanding IT team at a law firm in downtown Boston. The role is a combination of phone and hands-on support. Must be adapt at troubleshooting software issues including document management, Microsoft Office XP as well as general connectivity and hardware issues. This position includes an excellent benefit package and a great work environment.
Experience: * Three plus years of software support/Helpdesk experience in a professional environment
* Financial or law firm experience preferred
* Document management software experience such as Hummingbird or PC Docs strongly preferred
* Must have excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively
