Desktop Hardware Analyst with room for growth! in BOSTON, MA

Excellent opportunity to join a Desktop Support team handling Tier 2 hardware support. Along with supporting Dell systems, will handle blackberries, printers, and faxes. Will also participate in planning, scheduling and executing computer equipment installations, upgrades and replacement projects; will be responsible for all new hire setups, departures and changes as well as conference room setups. Quality customer service is most important. This is a permanent position with benefits and overtime.
Experience: * One plus years of desktop hardware support in a professional environment (financial or law firm preferred)
* A+ Certification preferred
* Experience repairing Dell hardware preferred
* High level of customer service and communication skills
* Must be a team player with a positive attitude
