Business Systems Analyst for PeopleSoft Implementation (#8661950) in Boston, MA

Quantronix is looking for Business Systems Analyst for PeopleSoft Implementation to work at our Client's site. Our client is a very large Investments firm, handling over $ 500 Billion in assets.The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the Information Services (IS) department and Project Management Office (PMO). She/He will participate in PMO related activities of entry-level to moderate complexity. Responsibilities:The role of Business Analyst is to function as a PMO Operations Consultant. It is a multifaceted job that focuses on the End-user support of our PeopleSoft implementation as well as data gathering and validation in support of more informed decision making. This data may be in the form of enterprise reports, timesheets, budgets, status report data etc. And will result in: Performs End-User Support for our PeopleSoft (ESA) implementation, specifically in the areas of: Timesheets, Project Costing, Resource Management and Time & Expense modules. Ensure maintenance of Training Materials for related PeopleSoft best practices and processes.

Requirements:

Experience with PeopleSoft and Timesheet, Project Costing, Resource Management and Time & Expense modules. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Ability to operate with minimal supervision while adhering to a well-defined set of standards. Experience with Microsoft Project 2002 or Microsoft Project 2003, preferred but not required. Good written and verbal communications skills.
