Desktop Support Specialist in Boston, MA

72720 Are you a committed PC Support Specialist with excellent customer service and presentation skills? Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is experiencing growth and is looking to add to their network infrastructure support team.

Responsibilities include day-to-day desktop support of users in a Windows XP based environment. Candidate will also be involved in setting up new users, handling hardware issues, systems upgrades, printer issues, etc.

Essential Skills:
- 3+ years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment.

- Windows XP, Outlook, Office 2003, ghost imaging (VPN is a plus).

- Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.

- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.

This is a long-term contract opportunity (8-12 months) for a professional candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
