* Contract Compliance Manager/Director in Boston, MA

72867 New position created to take advantage of significant increases in revenue and business activity.

Required:

- Experience managing contracts compliance, service delivery, and contract performance is required, as is post-grad degree or equivalent experience.

- Deep experience and demonstrated knowledge of all contract practices, procedures and processes for contract management of major operations and technology contracts for the public sector

- Requires knowledge of contract negotiation, RFP-writing, processing and implementing Task Orders, experience in subcontract development, negotiation and management.

Preferred:

- Experience with contract compliance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is strongly preferred as the Company has a long-term, large-scale contract with the state. Knowledge of Massachusetts procurement regulations and practices a plus.

- Juris Doctor degree is preferred.

- Professional Contract Manager Certification preferred.
