First Albany Capital - Equity Research Associate, Boston: Technology Core responsibilities in support of Principal Research Analyst will include building and maintaining detailed financial models and comparative analyses spreadsheets, conducting industry and company analysis to develop and support investment theses; and performing rigorous primary research on relevant industry topics in the software field. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential. An undergraduate degree is required; an MBA and CFA candidacy is desirable, but not essential. Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 licenses and a minimum of two years related experience - preferably related to technology/software - is highly desirable.
