MRL Laboratory PC Support in Boston, MA

A major pharmaceutical client of ours is looking for Laboratory PC Support at their Boston MA location.Requirement:Incumbent will be responsible for providing laboratory PC support. Will work with other IS/IT and Research Information Services to resolve PC infrastructure problems and/or user requests utilizing internal and external resources. Will take personal responsible to provide local community with high customer satisfaction while complying with global MRL infrastructure standards. Will modify and may create new support standard operating procedures, policies and processes as appropriate. Incumbent will have at lest 3 years of relevant work experience with a demonstrated record of customer focus in a scientific research environment employing a corporate Solid experience with Windows infrastructure, Windows XP support at the desktop. Ability to troubleshoot problems and follow through to resolution also required. Possess good written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, high-end customer service skills. Have the ability to work with all levels of company employees is a must.
