This opportunity is looking for someone to provide the following services:

- Provide 2nd level phone, desktop and printer support to internal and remote end users including troubleshooting and resolving appropriate hardware and software problems over the phone.

Supporting a Windows 2000 Server but only on the Connectivity issues.

Approximate 60% phone support and 40% Desktop.

Need to work well with group and be customer service orientated.

Active Directory Experience.

VPN-VNC a Plus.
